Tirsdag 22. august inviterer Dansens Hus, CODA Oslo International Dance Festival og Danseinformasjonen til ÅPENT HUS for det profesjonelle dansefeltet og studenter.
Med dette ønsker vi å åpne dørene for økt transparens mellom institusjonene og kunstnerne, samt legge frem våre mandater og hvordan disse praktiseres.
Alle er velkomne, og du kan delta hele eller deler av dagen. Det vil også være anledning til å følge deler av programmet via live-stream.

Her blir det mulighet for å gå rundt på hele huset å gjøre seg kjent med de ulike avdelingene og institusjonene, og slå av en prat med oss som jobber her.
📍10.30-11.30: Hovedscenen – Del 1. Kan følges på live-stream
10.30-11.00: Dansehistorisk foredrag: «30 år på 30 minutter»
I dette miniforedraget vil historiker og daglig leder for Danseinformasjonen, Sigrid Ø. Svendal gi oss et kjapt riss over dansekunstens utvikling de siste 30 årene. Spiss øra og skjerp hue – her kommer det mye info på kort tid. Foredraget skjer på norsk.
11.00-11.30: Hva gjør vi, for hvem? Institusjonenes mandater overfor dansefeltet
Lederne ved de tre institusjonene (Dansens Hus, Danseinformasjonen og CODA) forteller om sine respektive institusjoner, hva de gjør og for hvem.
📍11.30-12.30: ÅPENT HUS – ny mulighet for å gå rundt på huset å gjøre seg kjent
Her blir det mulighet for å gå rundt på hele huset å gjøre seg kjent med de ulike avdelingene og institusjonene, og slå av en prat med oss som jobber her.
📍12.30-13.30: Mingel & gratis lunsj i foajéen

Q & A – Spør oss om hva du vil! Her vil lederne for de tre institusjonene gå i dialog med de som er til stede og svare på spørsmål og kommentarer.
DANSENS ÅR ’93 – samtale & filmvisning – kl 1630 på Studioscenen
I etterkant av ÅPENT HUS arrangerer Danseinformasjonen filmvisning og samtale med fire sentrale dansekunstnere som på ulikt vis deltok i Dansens År ´93. Etter samtalen vil det bli vist filmer fra samme år. Arrangementet er gratis og åpent for alle – og krever ingen påmelding.

Do you wonder how you can show your art at Dansens Hus? Are you curious about the treasures in Dansearkivet at Dance Information Norway? Or would you like to have a chat with the artistic director of the CODA festival?
On Tuesday 22nd of August, Dansens Hus, CODA Oslo International Dance Festival and Dance Information Norway invite you to an OPEN HOUSE for the professional dance field and students.
With this, we want to open the doors to increased transparency between the institutions and the artists, as well as present our mandates and how these are practiced.
Everyone is welcome, and you can participate all or part of the day. There will also be an opportunity to follow parts of the program via live stream.

Here you will have the opportunity to walk around the entire building to familiarize yourself with the various departments and institutions, and to have a chat with those of us who work here.
10.30-11.30: Main stage – Part 1. Can be followed via live stream.
10.30-11.00: Dance history lecture: 30 years in 30 minutes
In this mini-lecture, historian, and general manager of Dance Information Norway, Sigrid Ø. Svendal, will give us a quick overview of the development of the art of dance over the past 30 years. Sharpen your ears and sharpen your head – here comes a lot of information in a short time. The lecture will be in Norwegian.
11.00-11.30: What do we do, for whom? The institutions’ mandates vis-à-vis the dance field
The managers of the three institutions (Dansens Hus, Dance Information Norway and CODA) talk about their respective institutions, what they do and for whom.
11.30-12.30: OPEN HOUSE – new opportunity to walk around the house and get to know each other
Here you will have the opportunity to walk around the entire building to familiarize yourself with the various departments and institutions, and to have a chat with those of us who work here.
12.30-1.30pm: Mingle & free lunch in the foyer

Here, the leaders of the three institutions will engage in dialogue with those present and answer questions and comments.
Dansens År ’93 – talk & film screening – at 1630 on the Studio Stage
Following the OPEN HOUSE Dance Information Norway will present a film screening and talk with four key dance artists who participated in different ways in Dansens År ´93. After the talk, films from the same year will be shown. The event is free and open to everyone – and no registration is required. The talk will be in Norwegian.
